Functions at Sweetwater Rooftop Bar offer an experience like no other in Perth. In addition to quality service and food & drinking offering, a panoramic outlook over East Fremantle and the Freo Port will blow your guests away as they enjoy the beautiful interiors, which provide a luxurious, chic backdrop for you to relax and enjoy with your friends, family or colleagues.
Whether you are looking to host an exclusive whole venue event or a cocktail party on our Terrace, Sweetwater can offer your guests a sit down dining experience or stand up party they will never forget.
Sweetwater Rooftop Bar is the perfect venue for corporate functions, cocktail parties, birthdays, product launches and social gatherings of any kind.
Please note the number of whole venue exclusive function bookings we are able to host is limited as we have our valued regular clientele to consider.
We have a variety of options available for functions at Sweetwater.
Small groups are welcome to reserve areas in the bar that will be separated from other guests. All function guests will be provided with a wristband on arrival.
The Terrace and Restaurant are also available for hire for larger functions:
The Terrace areas are used for cocktail style, stand up events, while the long tables in our Restaurant are more suited to large banquet style events.
The Cocktail Function Menu is available for groups with a minimum of 30 guests, with a maximum of 100 guests on the Rooftop Terrace.
The Cocktail Menu price packages are:
$40 per person (8 pieces each)
$55 per person (12 pieces each)

Beverages are available on consumption whereby guests can order their drinks from the bar. A pre-paid account can be organized if requested prior to the function.

- Menu selection is required 14 days prior to reservation date, along with any dietary requirements.
Should we not receive confirmation by this date a delicious chefs selection will be provided.
